For the past 30 years or so, we have maintained a computing lab in 116 Evans Hall. This summer, we are moving operations across campus to the University’s central computing center on South Chapel Street.

Intermittent downtimes of certain services (file service, WWW service, printing) can be expected as we shuffle our systems around. Additionally, we will take this opportunity to upgrade many of the systems and services that we do provide.

Upon completion of the move, we will enjoy the many benefits of our new home, such as backup power generation and around-the-clock attendance of the machine room!
